Dr. Luis Miguel Contreras Murillo (luismiguel.contrerasmurillo@telefonica.com) holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunications from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (1997), an M. Sc. in Telematics jointly from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the Universitat Politèctina de Catalunya (2010), and a Ph.D. cum laude in Telematics from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2021). In 1997 he joined Alcatel Spain taking several positions (R&D, standardization, product development and customer engineering) in both wireless and fixed network fields. In 2006 he joined the network planning department of Orange in Spain taking responsibilities for the IP backbone planning. Between 2002 and 2010 he was also adjunct lecturer at the Telematics department of the Universidad Carlos III. Since August 2011 he is part of Telefónica I+D / Telefónica Global CTO, working on scalable networks and their interaction with cloud and distributed services, and participating in several research projects (lately CODECO, NEMO, PREDICT6G, DESIRE6G or 6GREEN). He is an active contributor to different SDOs, such as IETF, O-RAN, ETSI, etc. He has served as Chair of the Workshop on Network-Application Integration (NAI 2022), co-located with SIGCOMM’22, and Workshop on “Business Models and Techno-Economics of 5G Networks and Beyond” co-located with ICIN 2022 conference, co-organizer of the series of Workshops on Advances in Slicing for Softwarized Infrastructures (S4SI) co-located to several editions of NetSoft, and has served as guest editor for the Feature Topic on “5G for Verticals: from Theory to Practice and Beyond” in IEEE Communications Magazine, the Special Issue on “Novel Cloud-based Service/Application Platforms and Ecosystems” in Electronics, and the Special Issue on “Machine Learning in WSN and IoT” in Journal of Sensor and Actuator Networks.

Dr. Tingting Yuan (tingting.yuan@cs.uni-goettingen.de) is a junior professor with the Institute of Computer Science at University of Göttingen, Germany. She received her Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2018. During the year 2018-2020, she was a postdoctor at INRIA, Sophia Antipolis, France. Since 2020, she joined the University of Göttingen as a senior postdoctor with a Humboldt scholarship. Her current interests are in next-generation networks, including software-defined networking, reinforcement learning, vehicular ad-hoc networks, and so on. She has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers including IEEE INFOCOM, AAAI, IEEE Network, IEEE TNSM, etc. She served as a TPC member of GLOBECOM, NoF, etc.
